Hi, I’m Kate!
I’m a fellow traveler on this life journey.
Although I don’t have it all figured out, I love to help people. I relate to trauma survivors, highly sensitive people, women with ADHD, and the misfits of the world, making it enjoyable to work with anyone over the age of 18 who’s been through some shit.
Clients tell me I’m unconventional and hippy-dippy – I think they’re probably right.
In my practice, I like to combine Psychodynamic Theory, Existential-Humanistic Therapy, and EMDR with a dabble of Inner Child Healing. It’s a great combination when treating childhood trauma and highly sensitive people because it creates space to ask all the deep questions, while giving people an opportunity to connect with their mind, body, and spirit simultaneously.
In Existential-Humanistic Therapy we believe that we are all travelers in this life looking for answers to the questions that may have none. It can be a heartbreaking and thrilling experience, and I’d be happy to hang out with you along the way.
